FOCUS ARCHITECTURE
Founded in 1972, Focus is a local architectural design firm that has developed a reputation as a leader in the development of innovative yet pragmatic solutions, and has designed what is certain to be a landmark building for Delta.

VAN DER ZALM + ASSOCIATES INC.
Priding themselves in using landscape to shape experience, the firm's landscape architects were entrusted with creating lush and welcoming green spaces at Delta Rise. This is evident from the water feature at the entry to the half-acre park on the 3rd floor.

CREATIVE SPACES
Owner and designer Janet Hardy spent the first decade of her career specializing in kitchen and bath design before moving into interior design of hotels, retail and residential developments. She brings to Delta Rise a passion for attractive spaces and a gift for creating them.

MAPLE LEAF HOMES
The owners have been building residential and commercial developments in the Lower Mainland communities of Greater Vancouver since 1992. Projects include multi-family condominium buildings and townhouse complexes as well as commercial and retail spaces. We offer a high standard of living by providing value with respect to design, functionality, and craftsmanship.
